Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence

AI2 is a non-profit research institute founded in 2014 with the mission of conducting high-impact AI research and engineering in service of the common good. AI2 is the creation of the late Paul G. Allen, philanthropist and Microsoft co-founder.

Skylight utilizes artificial intelligence to sift through maritime big data, enabling maritime analysts to identify suspicious vessel behavior and alert authorities who can investigate, and take enforcement and compliance action when necessary.
